Jo qualified as a mental health nurse in 2005 and initially worked with people experiencing severe mental health problems and forensic psychiatry.
Following on from this, Jo trained as a cognitive behaviour therapist and works full time with clients in the local area. Jo’s specialist areas are anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as depression and self esteem.
